Stronger Hearts (DVD)

Stronger Hearts will help motivate your residents through a diverse range of fun and interactive activities. There are three classes, each 30 minutes in length, which are designed to help prevent falls and other injuries by gentle seated exercises.
This DVD is a fantastic tool for Activity Officers and Diversional Therapists to implement regular exercise for their residents with ease. Stronger Hearts is based on an exercise program routinely undertaken day-to-day by one of the facilities.
