Smile & Sway Gently DVD

A fun and simple follow-along DVD, for Aged Care Facilities, Day Therapy Units, Respite Care and Community Centres, can offer an engaging new activity with minimal facilitation. You can choose to run the class with verbal instruction, or choose to do it without and add your own flair, whilst following visually along with the music. During the 30 min program, you will combine gentle arm and leg movements with the beautiful sounds of ballroom and Latin music. The pace is kept slow and the instructions are simple.
